The RLC is a non-profit association whose members are homeowners on Reynolds Lake, located in Van Buren County Michigan. Reynolds Lake is made up of Upper and Lower Reynolds Lakes as seen in this aerial photograph.

The RLC organization works to protect and enhance the water quality, water safety, land values and common interests of property owners on Reynolds Lake.
